The honorable Linda Feinberg is presiding judge of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Part, Mercer County.

Judge Feinberg has served on the Superior Court since 1992, and has presided over the court since 1993. She has also been a judge in the West Windsor, Hopewell Township, and Lawrence Township municipal courts, and was Mercer County's assistant county prosecutor from 1975 to 1977 and assistant county counsel from 1980 to 1982.

A tenured faculty member in the Department of Law and Justice at Trenton State College from 1977 to 1991, Judge Feinberg received her B.A. in Political Science from Rider in 1971. She was also a member of the 1971 Rider Model United Nations Team. She holds a J.D. conferred by University of Akron School of Law in 1974.
